Terms of Service | Comfort Cleaning LLC

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of Comfort Cleaning LLC's website and cleaning services ("Services") in Louisville, Kentucky and surrounding areas. By booking a cleaning or submitting a quote request through our website, you ("Customer") agree to these Terms. No separate signed contract is required — your acceptance through the booking form constitutes your agreement.

2. Estimates

All quotes and estimates are based on information provided by the Customer. Final pricing may be adjusted if:

The home's condition differs from the information provided
Excessive buildup is present
Excessive pet hair is present
Significant clutter is present
Additional rooms or areas require cleaning
Additional services are requested

Any significant price adjustment will be communicated to the Customer before additional work is performed.

3. Additional Services

If the Customer requests additional services during the appointment, the Customer agrees to the additional charges communicated by Comfort Cleaning LLC before that work begins.

4. Access to Property

The Customer is responsible for providing safe and lawful access to the property at the scheduled appointment time. Selecting a date on our form is a request, not a confirmation; appointments are confirmed by phone or email. If access cannot be provided, Comfort Cleaning LLC may charge a cancellation or lockout fee consistent with company policy.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service amount.

6. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. By scheduling service and accepting these Terms, the Customer agrees to pay the final invoice amount for services performed. We accept major credit/debit cards and other methods communicated at booking.

7. Non-Payment

The Customer agrees to pay all amounts due for services rendered. Comfort Cleaning LLC reserves the right to suspend future services for unpaid balances. The Customer is responsible for any reasonable collection costs, court costs, attorney fees, and interest permitted by applicable law for unpaid balances.

8. Satisfaction Guarantee

Any concerns regarding service quality must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. Comfort Cleaning LLC will be given the opportunity to address and correct any service-related issues at no additional cost. The guarantee does not include re-cleaning beyond the original scope or items not covered by the booked service type.

9. Liability

Comfort Cleaning LLC is licensed, bonded, and insured. We will report and address any damage caused by our team in the course of service. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, items not properly secured, or wear-and-tear from normal cleaning of fragile surfaces. Notify us promptly of any concern so we can investigate.

10. Items Out of Scope

Unless explicitly added, our standard service does not include biohazard cleanup, mold remediation, pest infestations, exterior windows above the first floor, or moving heavy furniture. Please ask before booking if you're unsure.

11. Text Message Communications

By providing a phone number and opting into SMS communications, the Customer agrees to receive appointment reminders, scheduling updates, and service-related text messages from Comfort Cleaning LLC. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.

12. Legal Acceptance

Submission of the booking form, acceptance of these Terms, scheduling of service, email confirmations, text message confirmations, and acceptance of completed services collectively constitute the Customer's agreement to these Terms without requiring a separate signed contract. We retain a record of each acceptance, including the date and time, the Terms version accepted, the customer's name, email, phone, and IP address (where available).

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
